About the event

The body is the mind in 3 dimensions...

From the moment of birth the mind is developing through reflexive movements of the body that progress into ever more conscious movements. Our psychology and posture is literally formed off of these primitive neurological programs.

In this workshop learn how to quickly assess and analyse a clients posture and movement from a neuro-psychological perspective. Also learn some easy self- corrective movements, and acu-points that will help restore function and movement for the long term. This will bring about long-term solutions for yourself and your clients so you can get back to teaching proper form without the unconscious mind getting in the way.

Some of the things you will learn:

• Neuro-developmental patterns and their role in postural psychology

• Psychology of scoliosis, lordosis, sway back etc

• Acupoints to help with all postures

• Simple corrective movements
